Position Overview:

Responsible for providing personalized, customer-oriented service to our premium clients at all Allegiant Stadium events. Help to create and maintain a first-class environment for premium clients by offering one-of-a-kind experiences via creative problem solving and exceptional customer service.

The Premium Hospitality Concierge team prepares Luxury Suites and Premium Spaces before gates open, meets and greets premium clients as they arrive, and troubleshoots any ticket or Suite related problems or requests throughout the event. Premium Hospitality may encounter situations that require quick thinking and service-oriented resolutions.

Essential Job Functions:

Provide prompt, accurate, courteous and complete service of requests from premium clientele during Allegiant Stadium events, including communicating guidelines, procedures and newsworthy information.

  • Develop rapport and positive relationships with premium clients and their guests.
  • Attend to, day of event issues, concerns or requests in a professional, service oriented, and timely manner.
  • Prepare Suites, Premium Spaces and surrounding areas by setting up furniture for full operation prior to guest's arrival.
  • Provide customized service to regular hosts & guests by being proactive with their requests & attending to their reoccurring needs.
  • Consistently going above and beyond the service standards to provide 'wow' moments for our premium clients, including moments like birthdays, anniversaries & achievements.
  • Eyes and ears on the suite level and premium levels to better understand client preferences and needs daily.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with proven ability to manage complex situations.
  • Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Established professional, personable and dedicated work ethic. Works well in a team setting.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours on weekdays, weeknights and weekends according to the Raiders home schedule and events schedule.

Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):

  • Frequent walking, standing for long periods of time, sitting and stair climbing
  • Occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
